VENICE ‘WAVES OF CHRISTMAS’ CD

“So often over the years, we have heard from family, friends and fans telling us how much they love Christmas With Venice,” says Michael Lennon, “We are so happy to know that for many people our Christmas album is a big part of celebrating the holidays.”

Michael’s cousin Kipp adds, “We have planned on recording another one someday with more holiday songs that we love. There are so many to choose from.” Waves Of Christmas is a brand new collection from Venice of more classic holiday songs as well as some personal choices (such as Joni Mitchell’s River and Christmas Dreaming, a 1940’s era tribute to the music and style of their singing fathers). Also included on this album is an original Christmas tune, On Christmas Morning, written and sung by Michael Lennon.  It’s a touching, personal song of the bittersweet ache that can come from missing loved ones on Christmas.

“We are really proud of this new album,’ Mark Lennon says. “It is full of the best of what we think makes a great Venice Christmas album. Harmonies, touching songs, beautiful music, some laughs and tears and especially, some real Christmas cheer.” Pat Lennon adds, “It’s the perfect follow up to our first Christmas album. We are really looking forward to performing some of the songs on our upcoming tour.”
